How Nithra People HRMS collects, uses, stores and protects your organisation's and employees' data.

1. Information we collect

We collect company and employee information required to deliver HRMS services, including names, contact details, employment records, attendance punches, leave records, salary structures and statutory identifiers such as PF, ESI and PAN numbers.

We also collect technical data such as device information, IP address and usage logs to secure and improve the platform.

2. How we use your information

Data is used solely to provide attendance, leave, payroll and compliance functionality, to generate statutory reports, to support your team and to communicate service updates.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and regular backups. Access by our staff is limited to authorised personnel handling support requests.

4. Data retention

Customer data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a limited period afterwards to meet statutory and audit requirements. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.

5. Employee rights

Employees may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information through their employer, who is the data controller for the records maintained in Nithra People HRMS.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing core website functionality.
