How does the free trial work?
During free trial, you enjoy full access to all of its features for a duration of 45 days. This enables you to thoroughly explore the product and evaluate its impact on your business. The trial does not necessitate the use of a credit card.
Once you decide to become a customer, your staff information and other account data are preserved, eliminating the need for re-entering this information.
What types of support are available to me?
Nithra People offers responsive and user-friendly support through various channels, such as phone, chat, email, or the option to for assistance.
Additionally, we provide training videos, user guides, and FAQs for convenient self-service support.
What occurs when there are changes in the Staff?
Billing for Nithrapeople is based on active staff members. You have the flexibility to remove users who have left the organization and add new hires. In addition, you can retain deactivated staff in the portal, and they will only be counted as billable users if their status changes to 'active'.
Is it possible to establish multiple attendance types?
Certainly! Nithra people billing is determined by the number of users, and it's not restricted by the number of attendance devices or locations. You can set up multiple tablets or mobile devices as Kiosks as per your requirements. Furthermore, all your employees have the option to install the Nithra people app on their own mobile devices.
